Through the efforts of The Leadership Institute, Rutgers University – Camden has received an official charter from Omicron Delta Kappa, the National Leadership Honor Society. This charter allows Rutgers-Camden students to participate in this national organization which honors superior leadership and exemplary character. O∆K is a member of the Honor Society Caucus, and the organization’s mission is to honor and develop leaders; encourage collaboration among students, faculty, staff, and alumni; and promote O∆K’s ideals of scholarship, service, integrity, character, and fellowship on college and university campuses throughout North America.

“Through our Leadership Institute and our Business Leader Development Program, Rutgers–Camden is committed to providing the critical skills that help our students to succeed as the next generation of leaders for New Jersey and our nation,” says Kriste Lindenmeyer, dean of the Rutgers–Camden College of Arts and Sciences. “Membership in Omicron Delta Kappa is another indication of the efficacy of our Leadership Institute.”
